You can scroll down to the “Nutrition starts here:” section of your dashboard to see how much water you have logged. 

Alternatively, you can click the blue-coloured plus button that appears on the bottom right corner of your screen then select Log Water, which will take you to a screen that shows your current status. 

Finally, you can click “Reports” under the hamburger menu which will take you to the water log report. Here, you’ll be able to view your water intake habits over a longer period of time.
